✨ ceiling fans / walls/ moldings/ baseboards all hand cleaned.
✨ full scrub of all bathrooms including light fixtures, outlet covers, in cabinets & fronts of cabinets.
✨ full scrub of kitchen including light fixtures, in cabinets/ appliances and fronts of cabinets
✨ vacuum & mopped.
✨ removal of hard water & or left behind caulking/paint/etc.

🚨 A L E R T 🚨 Are your Airbnb’s getting regular deep cleans? (Around monthly with your books full). It’s necessary! Why?!
✨ 1- so counts can be taken of all items in the property (towels, hand towels, wash cloths, kitchen cloths, paper products. & even things like silverware, utensils, plates). Believe it or not guests can be careless and take or throw things out without it always being noticed. Even the most thorough cleaning company can miss silverware being thrown out or a couple towels missing at a time. 🍽️
✨ 2-supply closets properly restocked and reorganized. Ordering any items running low or unboxing anything coming in. 📦
✨ 3-beds 🛌 are stripped down to mattress. Full books means a lot of bodies. 👯‍♀️ I have all my rental mattresses in encasements and same for pillows but each month everything gets stripped down sanitized washed & put back to ensure everything is top shape. Ordering new when needed & keeping. Fresh sheets, duvets, covers, towels, everything. 🧺
✨ 3- when kept up with it keeps dust🧹 to a minimum. No guests want to check in and run their finger along a fan blade or blind to get a hand full of dust. A regular cleaning doesn’t cover in depth dusting of individual blinds being hit by hand. Deep cleans ensure just that along with vents/ filters/baseboards & wiping down of furniture pieces.
✨ 4- maintenance!! It’s crucial to have a company managing your property as if it is their own! Personally I have maintenance on my books so as things break they are fixed but at the least have your cleaner reporting items broken or showing wear and tear from so many people coming and going that when time comes for these monthly deep cleans, these things are handled by you or your cleaning team!
