Happy summer everyone!
Just a reminder that we take no calls/no shows very seriously around here! Our groomers are valued and so is their time and money! If you don't show up, they don't get paid as they work on commission! If you want Lucy the lab in sooner than your appointment with us and get in at a different business, we understand, but call and cancel your appointment. If you don't call to cancel we WILL notate your account with us! After the second time you will be required to prepay for all appointments or 3rd time is fired! This goes for last minute and continuous rescheduling as well as this leave us unable to fill that appointment slot. This is common courtesy!
Also, if you want to not have to worry about trying to always squeeze in same week or day (yes, we do have those too) then you can always pre-book to save YOU and our groomers the headache of getting upset for not having something tomorrow for your pretty pooch because you realized tomorrow was a holiday and you had family coming into town!! 🙂
As always, we appreciate you all supporting local and wish you a happy, safe and fun summer! ❤

This is a friendly reminder that if you are not on a pre-booked schedule and have not booked your holiday appointments, please call soon to do so. We are already booking for the holidays and don't want to stress out our wonderful employees by trying to squeeze people in last minute!! We are open 7 days a week so BOOK NOW!!!!

Happy Holidays from all of us at The Groom Gallery! Please be sure to get booked asap for the holidays so you aren't trying to "squeeze" in.
All year round and especially during the holidays we appreciate you supporting local, especially family owned and operated like us!
We would however like you to keep in mind that if you can't get in to 1 of our 6 wonderful locations, please dont sell yourself and especially your pet short!
There are many pop up/ home groomers, house call people etc (especially because this trade is not regulated).
A lot of these people also do not have a business license, do not have insurance/proper insurance and especially do not pay any taxes and/or are illegally operating.

We are out here working hard and doing things the right way, supporting schools and events in every location we are in and ABSOLUTELY always appreciate your LOCAL support.

With that being said we will be offering 1 of the following UPGRADES TO ANYONE THAT BOOKS AND COMPLETES A DELUXE BATH OR DELUXE GROOM SERVICE IN DECEMBER OR JANUARY. Please mention this add at drop off to receive 1 of the following at NO additional charge...

If you get too many marks you are prepay only or 3rd time is fired! This is common courtesy!
