At Crawford Pest Management, we value our customers and the trust you place in us to protect your home.
As a reminder, our cancellation policy states that appointments canceled without at least 24 hours’ advance notice will be charged a $25 rescheduling fee.
Due to an increase in last-minute cancellations and rescheduling requests, we will be consistently enforcing this policy moving forward. This includes same-day cancellations or changes made while we are en route to your appointment.
We send multiple reminders and confirmations in advance to help avoid scheduling conflicts. When appointments are canceled at the last minute, those time slots cannot be filled and create additional travel and operating costs for our business.
We understand that genuine emergencies can happen, and those situations will always be taken into consideration.
We appreciate your understanding, your business, and your respect for our time so we can continue providing dependable, high-quality service to all of our customers.
