We are hiring for a few positions. If anyone knows of anyone looking for a good job, we are IN NEED of another service technician. They MUST have electrical and mechanical experience in order to do what we are needing them to do to work on aerobic systems, PLUS be able to dig with a shovel and not complain about it all day long. We are also looking for a CDL driver and must be class B or better with no automatic restriction. This isn’t just a driving job. You’ll be responsible for operating a vacuum truck, digging and locating septic tanks, pulling hose and loading hose, etc. If you are wanting strictly a driving job of a commercial truck, this isn’t it. We are also looking for atleast 1, maybe 2 septic service helpers/laborers that we can teach to learn what we do. I’m going to put this out there right off the bat. If you can’t be at work on time, 6-6:30 am starting time, do not waste our time or yours as we will not tolerate it. If you can’t stay off your phone, do not waste our time or yours. We pay very well, we work a lot and we take care of our crew. We don’t have a turn over as our main crew is some of the best in the business. All of our employees have been with us several years and counting. If you are afraid of long hours or work in general, please don’t waste our time. We work average of 50-60 hrs a week and will vary from time to time. We work in all weather conditions and it’s especially hot in the summer. If you know someone who genuinely would like a great job with a growing company, we’d love to talk to them!! If you can, share the info. Pay is DOE but will be worth it to the right people. Upon permanent hire, we background check everyone, drug test everyone and check references. Must also be able to pass a physical for technician positions and a DOT physical for a driving position.
