📢 Important Notice to Our LawnSpark Community:
We want to address a situation regarding a recent influx of negative comments and messages across our social media platforms from multiple accounts. In July, this individual requested and signed up for our weekly lawn care services, and we have attached the original quote and digitally accepted proposal proving he explicitly agreed to this schedule, which we reliably fulfilled for an entire year. Out of nowhere, he contacted our office staff yelling that he now only wanted his lawn cut once a month then twice a month ; when our staff politely explained that LawnSpark simply does not offer bi-weekly services, he went off, hurling insults and threatening further action in small claims court. Since then, he has been using multiple accounts to harass our business online. We take the safety of our staff and the reputation of our business very seriously, which is why we have attached the screenshots of the accepted weekly proposal alongside the abusive messages we've received to clear the air with the facts.
