All too often a person is surrounded by clutter, trash, animal/roach/rodent/flea infestation and even snakes. The f***s and urine can make them severely ill to the point of no return! They generally have few lights working, sinks/tubs/toilets clogged. They are so overwhelmed & embarrassed, they don't know who to ask for help or what to do.
