😳 I’m not sure you’d believe us if we didn’t have the videos.

This is a very large hoard we’ve been working on for days. The entire hallway was blocked with mounds of trash.

When we finally made it to the very back room, this is what we found.

Yes, every bag you see in the room is full of urine and f***s. This is when we learned that the house hasn’t had running water in years.

This is the unfortunate reality when hoarded houses don’t get the intervention they need. No judgement, just help. We’re very glad to report that the homeowner is well, and is living in safe conditions now. Judgement-free, empathetic care. Always. 💙
