What a nice surprise I found this morning on my first service call. Beware this pretty lady literally feasts on her counterpart following him performing his mating duties. Note the red hour glass pattern. The venom from this Black Widow spider is poisonous and can cause pain, nausea, vomiting, headaches, and in rare cases death. As the weather changes some of these will be moving indoors. Keeping clutter and debris picked up and put up can help eliminate harborage for these poisonous spiders.
