We had a terrible bee/wasp problem on our backyard as well as ants on our porch. Mountain West came out, listened to our needs and addressed the problem. After our first treatment we saw a dramatic difference in the amount of bees/wasps we were seeing in our yard, as well as the ants. Also we started to experience problems with a gopher in our yard and they set a trap and we were able to catch the rodent and not have our yard destroy. Customer service was always friendly, professional, and even funny at times. The technician was in training and had a supervisor with him. They arrived on time. They were polite and efficient. The person that did the inside of my house did a great job and sprayed everywhere I asked him to treat. I’m sure they did a wonderful job outside. I have used this company for a few years.
