Volunteer Work:

✨I don’t post much about my ongoing volunteer work, but it’s there and I don’t ever expect anything in return.

Besides picking up trash on my own, I do volunteer with a nonprofit by helping with cleaning and I wash/drop off the laundry I use.

✨I’m also a full time online college student pursuing two degrees in Business Administration, and General Studies. With about 2–3 years of school ahead of me, I’m balancing online school, volunteering, home life, and continuing to grow HCS,LLC.

If your nonprofit could use 1–2 hours of volunteer cleaning, I’m available once a month or possibly 2–3 times a month, depending on my schedule.

✨The same way we care for our own home, our space and yard is the same care and respect we bring into our clients’ spaces and the places where I volunteer.

Refrigerator Cleaning Add-On |
$55 Flat Rate:

✨Our Clean Inside Refrigerator service is a $55 flat-rate add-on for standard-size and double-door refrigerators.

Refrigerator cleaning is included in every move-out cleaning estimate as well.

✨If an additional refrigerator needs to be cleaned during a move-out or residential cleaning, we simply add $55 per additional refrigerator to the final invoice.

When the client is home, we can arrange to clean the top, around, and underneath the refrigerator when safely accessible.

✨During move-out cleanings, if the refrigerator can be safely moved, we will clean around and underneath it as well.

Need only your refrigerator cleaned? You can contact us anytime to schedule this service.

⚠️Please remove all food before we arrive. For occupied homes, HCS,LLC does not place or arrange personal food items back inside the refrigerator after cleaning.

•Cost: $55 flat rate |
•Appliance: Standard & double-door refrigerators. |
•We are insured, and a copy of our insurance documentation will be provided. |

No directions, just our process.

✨The window did not open. But here’s how we clean this window area our way.

We use our microfiber cloth in sections, folding and rotating it as we clean. This helps us work with a clean section of the cloth before reaching for another one and keeps us from using more than we need.

✨It’s a small cleaning habit that helps us be mindful of our cleaning supplies while working through each area carefully.

Why? Because dust and debris from light fixtures, ceilings, and corners will fall onto the areas below, including window sills, trim, and floors.

✨Starting high means we’re not cleaning the same areas twice.

*For this clean, the lights were turned off and a headlamp was used to get a closer look at the fixture.

✨From a distance, with the lights on, everything can look picture perfect but a closer look can tell a different story.

After a detailed cleaning, the fixture is clean and the entire area looks brighter.

🗑️Along with cleaning the toilet(s), we add a fresh toilet gel and line your small trash cans with our purple trash bags. If an extra trash bag is needed, we’ll leave one behind too.

Before adding a fresh purple trash bag, we check that the trash can itself is clean and dry.

✨This is part of our regular cleaning routine and what our residential clients can expect from us.
