As a professional cleaner. We see things that most people don’t see. I’ve heard lots of people say an empty house is a quick clean. That’s simple not true. Now that the home empty. We don’t have any furniture hiding baseboards, walls or windows. We have complete access to everything in the home. Having that much access do not make it a quick clean. In fact, make it an all day kinda clean.

Here a video of doing a walkthrough as a cleaner.
Simply looking for
-baseboards builded up.
- build up of soap scum in the shower
-windows steals (how much dirt)
-pet hair
-vents & ceiling fans

All these things reflect pricing at the end of service so the client isn’t hit with an unexpected charge.
