It has come to our attention by several of our customers that they have been contacted by another carpet cleaning company claiming to be affiliated with Advance Cleaning and with our owner Holman through previous employment or family ties. Some of our customers have made the mistake of scheduling jobs with this other company thinking they were hiring Advance when in reality that is not the case. Many have been disappointed with the cleaning results and realized that they were misled. The fact is, Advance Cleaning has always been owned and operated by Holman and Elsa Padgett and they have never given management responsibilities to anyone else or have never been affiliated with any other company. Our 54 years of service to the Permian Basin has also earned us the reputation for honest and hard work and we will never stoop low of dishonest or sharp business practices to earn a quick buck. UPDATE 4/2/2026- We are happy to report that our truck has been found and recovered! A passerby noticed the truck on the side of a road and recognized it matched the description in our post. While the tool box and some items were stolen we deeply appreciate the public’s help in finding this vehicle. Thank you!’n

During the early morning hours of Monday, March 30th, a person or persons broke into one of our properties, stealing a 2006 brown Chevy flatbed truck and smashing it through our back fence causing significant damage. Anyone with information is encouraged to call our office or Deputy L. McCoy with the Ector County Sheriffs Office. The Chevy truck has a new black flatbed and tool box in the back.
