I created a postpartum support service for moms who may just need an extra hand with things around the house.

Whether it’s prepping bottles, cleaning up around the house, doing light meal prep, giving you a chance to rest, or just being a listening ear… I got you. 🤍

Meal prepping can be fun!! You don’t have to eat the same thing every week..

I cooked one simple protein base using:
✨ Lean ground turkey
🫑 Bell pepper
🧅 Onion
🧂 My favorite seasonings

This lasted me 4 whole days! I created 3 simple meals out of ONE base! Here’s what I whipped up..

🥢 Hibachi-Inspired Bowl
Brown rice, hibachi vegetables, shrimp, roasted sweet potato, and seasoned turkey.

🥑 Creamy Avocado Turkey Bowl
Ground turkey topped with diced avocado and a creamy tangy burger sauce (made with mayo and ketchup), served with your favorite sides.

🍠 Simple Protein Plate
Seasoned turkey with roasted sweet potato, finish it with a sprinkle of feta cheese for extra flavor.

As postpartum moms, we deserve meals that are simple, nourishing, affordable, and realistic. You don’t need to spend hours in the kitchen to fuel your body while caring for your baby.
