Central Florida temps are dipping into the 50s, at night, which means some of you are using your heat for the first time in a year.

OHAC wants to remind you to expect a brief odor. Don't panic – a faint burning smell, during the first 15 to 20 minutes of your furnace's first run, is usually just dust burning off the heat exchanger and it should fade quickly.
