While inspecting this home today I discovered a hole under the concrete foundation that was created from wash out from water. Homeowner had no clue it was there and buyers were happy they had home inspection done by Ultimate Home Inspections

Discovered this burnt panel box while doing a home inspection today! Bird made a nest and it caught fire and luckily for owner it didn't burn the house down.
