💚 25 years of leadership, service, and dedication.
Congratulations to Battalion Chief Pat Feagle on this incredible milestone with Ocala Fire Rescue. From disaster response deployments and special operations to mentorship, training, and community impact, your commitment to SERVing others has left a lasting mark across Ocala and beyond. 👏
Thank you for your years of leadership, sacrifice, and dedication to protecting the community and supporting the next generation of first responders.
Today, during the city of Ocala’s Council Meeting, we had the joy of celebrating Battalion Chief Pat Feagle’s 25 years of dedicated service to Ocala Fire Rescue.
Chief Feagle has been characterized by strong leadership, operational excellence, and his deep commitment to public safety. Rising through the ranks since the early 2000’s, he is widely respected within his department and across the fire service community.
Chief Feagle has spent over two decades on the department’s Special Operations Team and Task Force, responding to complex, high-risk incidents. He has deployed multiple times with Task Force and Incident Management Teams, including responses to Hurricane Michael and Hurricane Helene, supporting large-scale disaster operations across Florida.
A passionate advocate for training and development, he serves as a Training Task Force Chair at both the regional and state levels and has instructed at conferences nationwide. He also contributed locally by working for more than a decade at the Florida State Fire College and helping develop a high school Emergency Medical Responder program.
Chief Feagle holds a bachelor’s degree, Fire Officer IV certification, and numerous leadership credentials. His service has earned him multiple honors, including Life Saving Awards, Unit Citations, and Humanitarian Awards. Known as a “go-to” leader and mentor, he is committed to developing others and building strong teams.
He was also one of three founding members of the Ocala Police SWAT Medic Program, strengthening coordination between fire rescue and law enforcement.
Above all, Chief Feagle values his family. Alongside his wife, Ellie, he has raised four children—Michaela, Aidan, Delaney, and Riley—whom he considers his greatest accomplishment.
Congratulations on this outstanding achievement, BC Feagle! We appreciate your dedication to this fire service family and this community!
