• Starting Rate: $12.00/HR (Pay rate will be based on experience)

Supervision:
The Area Manager will be a direct report to the Operations Manager

Salary and Compensation:
• Pay Rate: Based on experience

Roles and Responsibilities
• Oversee night operations for various sites
• Manage floaters in area as well as site managers; verifying all sites are covered accordingly
• Conduct site inspections at various locations
• Perform nightly visits to group of sites each week
• Occasionally fill in during emergency situations (call offs)
• Perform cleaner onboarding/training of various assigned sites
• Manage payroll for all night cleaners/operations
• Lead weekly meetings with site managers and floaters
• Assist Operations Manager with project floor care/carpet care schedule
• Review performance inspections by site managers for cleaners & send to Operations Manager
