Overview:
Crystal Clear Building Services is an established janitorial company. Our rapidly growing cleaning company is seeking new cleaners for steady employment, potential for growth and to provide great service. Clients range from financial institutions, large and small office buildings, medical spaces, manufacturing, and educational facilities. Our current focus is commercial cleaning at the highest standard.
CCBS is seeking energetic and highly motivated individuals to join our team. The ideal candidate is detailed oriented with a keen eye for cleaning, very flexible, and possesses a willingness to take on non-routine cleaning and special projects as needed. Full Time Project Techs are needed to perform different floor cleaning services at various locations throughout various locations.
Position Details:
• Type: Full time
• Location: East or West side openings available
• Shifts: Must be willing to work a flexible schedule; most work completed after 5 pm Monday - Friday; weekends as needed
Supervision:
The Project Tech will be a direct report to the Operations Manager
Salary and Compensation:
• Starting Pay Rate: $14-$20/hr (Pay rate will be based on experience and skills)
• Includes benefits
• Use of a company vehicle, as required
Roles and Responsibilities
• Stripping and waxing of hard floors
• Buffing hard floors
• Scrub and buffing of hard floors
• Carpet extraction
• Any, and all, hard floor surface maintenance including VCT, Forbo, ceramic, tile, etc.
• Large construction clean ups
• Large scale project tasks required for commercial, industrial or medical buildings
• Keep janitor closet neat, clean, and organized when onsite
• Follow manufacturer's specifications for preparing chemicals and using the equipment
• Ensure building doors and windows are secure and locked
• Report to supervisor any needed repairs, safety hazards or issues requiring additional service
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned by Operations Manager
• Must be dependable, honest, strong work ethic, motivated, have a professional appearance, have strong communication skills and a team player
• Ability to operate and use janitorial tools, equipment, and supplies preferred, but not required.
Requirements:
• Ability to carry out detailed verbal or written instructions
• Ability to effectively communicate
• Ability to run floor cleaning equipment
• Lift and move up to 100 pounds
• Regular bending, stooping, kneeling and walking for extended periods of time
• Clean criminal background and driving record
• Must have own reliable transportation
