Looking for leaks in an insulated hot tub can be very challenging. If you can’t see the leak, you can’t fix it.

This tub had hard insulation blown in on top of the plumbing during it’s manufacture. Getting this junk out often requires slow, careful chipping away to prevent damaging anything. A pressure washer can sometimes make the job easier.
