Key Responsibilities
Advanced QuickBooks Online Mastery: Serve as our internal financial anchor. Leverage your expert-level working knowledge of QuickBooks Online to manage, reconcile, and audit complex daily financial data, invoicing, and administrative workflows with absolute zero-error accuracy.
High-Volume Customer Relations: Deliver exceptional customer service as the face and voice of our company. Manage heavy client communications with patience, professionalism, and care across a diverse base of personalities.
Sales & Estimating Support: Assist with incoming sales inquiries and job estimations. (Prior experience is a plus, but we are fully willing to train the right person!)
Operational Agility: Adapt swiftly to shifting daily priorities and smoothly command a high-volume, fast-moving workflow.
Qualifications & Skills
QuickBooks Online Expert: Deep, hands-on, expert-level proficiency with QuickBooks Online is strictly required. You should be entirely comfortable navigating its advanced features under tight deadlines.
Uber-Organized & Adaptable: Proven background in managing a high volume of administrative duties with flawless attention to detail.
Interpersonal Excellence: Exceptional patience, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to work seamlessly with different personality types.
