ALLIED RESTORATION COMPANY, INC. (ACCOUNT MANAGER POSITION
JOB PURPOSE:
Account Managers are responsible for selling and servicing the ARC
customer base using marketing contacts and existing customers in specific verticals and
their assigned property types.
Carry out account development and relationship management activities to optimize
emergency, disaster, and restoration jobs to existing and new Allied Restoration
Company, Inc. (ARC) customers in accordance with applicable written business, sales,
and marketing plans.
Create a culture of customer service and innovation for sales teams through the
implementation and use of our Client Relationship Management (CRM) software for
both the customer and our sales teams.
The solutions proposed and implemented will encompass cross-platform marketing,
research, face to face meetings, events, custom-developed content, lead generation,
and technology solutions.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITES:
● Build our sales pipeline utilizing sales targets across specific account
portfolios
● Identify customer needs and review their requirements to provide tailored
marketing solutions
● Construct and present targeted presentations and proposals to customers
based on their goals and objectives
● Provide excellent customer service consisting of regular meetings (every 4, 6,
and 12 weeks), face to face, pre-event, “Meetings with a Purpose” and
reporting
● Manage existing commercial accounts as the top priority and use any
additional time to expand the commercial customer base by setting up
meetings and presentations with the customer decision-makers
● Achieve quarterly revenue and other goals.
