To me, it's officially fall. Which means it's time for all things fall, pumpkins, leaves, and Halloween!
To ring in the fall spirit I had the opportunity to test a unique pattern with a stitch designed by Rebecca Hinman with amazing tester support provided by The Homemaker by Emily. This pattern is officially published and available for purchase by my fellow crochet friends! It works up quickly and is a great table item for fall!

I found myself staring at a 3 lb jar of molasses this week 🫠 What better way to put a dent in it and begin to welcome fall than some giant, sourdough molasses cookies! The secret to a good tomato sandwich is keeping it simple! Start with homemade rolls (or sourdough bread for a crunchy) compliments of yours truly! Slap on your favorite condiments (mayo, sub seasoning, a touch of balsamic vinegar for me) and then stack it high with local tomatoes! 🍅 These are from my backyard but if you don't have backyard tomatoes then you should hit up Serenity Acres or Wilcox Maple Products, LLC for some beautiful, locally grown maters!

As for bread my orders are still open for the holiday weekend! Now's your time to order rolls (dinner, seeded wheat, and rye all available) for your get togethers! Leave a comment or send a message to place an order.
Bulk orders over 4 dozen receive a discount, at least 5 days notice is needed for all bulk orders.

Hello and happy September to all our friends and followers. With the new month and impending new school year I figured now is the perfect time to launch our new menu. Take a peek and you will see all your old favorites as well as some new and revised offerings. As always this menu and the inclusions offered are not an exhaustive list and I'm always happy to discuss custom orders, additionally this menu is not reflective of seasonal specials/other special offerings.

You will notice a general increase in some prices, unfortunately this is relative to the rising cost of goods since the beginning of my bakery options 2 years ago. A majority of price increases are relative to items with butter, eggs, and milk. You will see that staple items such as bread & English muffins have not had a price change.

Now that the full menu including bagels is available again, what are you most looking forward to?

Excited to be testing this pattern!

Today’s the day! Calling all testers📣

The first project using Rebecca’s new stitch (still to be named - more to come on that later) is a pumpkin🎃. With fall just around the corner, there’s no better place to start!

Testers will be required to work up the pattern in two different sizes (preferably with chunky yarn, but feel free to use whatever you have on hand). Testers should work through the pattern focusing on ease of reading it, grammatical errors, correct stitch count, or anything else they might catch. Also to be recorded is yarn and hook size used, yardage used, and approximate size of the panel before sewing and stuffing.
Sizes to choose from are:
Mini
Small
Medium
Large
This pattern works up relatively quickly, around 3 hours for the largest size.
