Northeast Building Services Full service janitorial company serving commercial facilities and specializing in medical space cleaning Sadly, Roy passed away in 2019.

Northeast Building Services was founded in 1988 by Roy Haynes as New England Clean Company. His legacy carries on through his widow and daughter, as we strive to bring quality performance and healthful environmental services to our customers in this new age of cleaning and disinfecting awareness. We offer targeted disinfecting services as well as Elecro-Static Fogging using an environmentally safe Mineral-Electrolyte disinfecting product. This system allows us to disinfect surfaces and large areas with a mist that is effective after only a short "sit-time" period and remains effective for up to 2 weeks. It is safe for schools, day cares, medical facilities, and even safe on non-porous food surfaces. We are a full service commercial janitorial company. We also provide special services, such as carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, floor stripping and re-coating, floor buffing, wall cleaning, ceiling cleaning, light bulb maintenance, Day Porter services, and more!!! Our employees are fully trained in cleaning all types environments such as general office cleaning, restaurant cleaning and medical facilities. We feel that communication with our customers is very important in order to serve our customers in the best way possible. Once you have expressed an interest in our services, we would follow our three step program:
Survey of building
Analysis of data received
Design a cleaning program to meet your specifications
