Construction will resume on Monday 11/18/24 at 7 AM for the East Hodges Street Water Main Improvement project. Detours are likely to be in place to through traffic, please plan accordingly.

Hello, there will be flushing starting today and continuing through the rest of the week for system maintenance in the Richardson Ave and Dean Street areas. This may result in lower than normal water pressure in these areas. Any discoloration should be temporary, if issue persists please let us know.

ATTENTION RESIDENTS, The Seasonal Flushing Program will continue the next several nights in the Oak Street, Straw Stone Ln, Larson Farm, Pleasant St, North Worcester St, and Richardson Ave area, this usually starts around 7pm and wraps up around 3am. All side streets off of these streets may be flushed and see some discoloration as well. It is not unusual for discoloration to occur anywhere in the system regardless of what your proximity to the flushing is, change of water flow can cause discoloration, it should resolve itself, if it is persistent you can call the Water Department main line @ 508-285-0280 and if possible we can send someone to flush a hydrant near your home to help clean it up.
