Pam And A Bucket is certified woman owned residential, commercial, vacation rental, carpet & upholstery cleaning service that also offers other floorcare services from Ludington to North Holland along the shores of Lake Michigan. Our service area covers most areas from North Holland to Ludington. We also offer floor care services including strip & wax commercial tile, tile and grout cleaning, carpet and upholstery cleaning, laundry services and more.

Here’s Shekinah. One of the largest vacation rental properties on Lake Michigan in the beautiful Montague area. Managed by Simple Lyfe and cleaned by none other than Pam And A Bucket!

This amazing home has 3 king size beds, 2 queen beds and 6 twin beds plus a pull out sofa to sleep up to 18 people!

It’s not just the 4th of July — it’s America’s 250th birthday. A quarter of a millennium of independence, opportunity, and dreams made possible.

We’re feeling especially grateful. Sixteen years ago, Pam And A Bucket started with exactly that — Pam, a bucket, and a dream. Only in a country like this could a woman-owned small business grow to serve 19 beautiful lakeshore communities, create jobs for local families, and give back to our neighbors along the way.

To the country that made it possible, to the West Michigan lakeshore we’re blessed to call home, and to every one of you who trusted us with your homes and businesses — thank you. 💙💚

Most of our team was home celebrating with their families — but a special shout-out to our North Team crew who knocked out a same-day vacation rental turnover this holiday morning so a new family could start their holiday weekend on the lakeshore. That’s dedication. 🌊

Pam And A Bucket is hiring cleaners for our North Team, serving Ludington, Pentwater, Hart, Shelby, New Era, Montague, and Whitehall.

📍 198 N Michigan Ave, Suite G, Shelby, MI 49455

🕙 Morning session: 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM
🕐 Afternoon session: 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM

✅ Weekly pay
✅ Daytime hours and early evening hours
✅ Paid training
✅ Woman-owned, serving the lakeshore since 2010

No experience? No problem — we train.

Bring yourself and a valid driver’s license. Interviews take about 10-15 minutes and you could leave with a start date.
