Looking for an On-Call Apartment Cleaner.

Someone with a car who is available to clean apartments at various locations: Shadyside, Oakland, Castle Shannon, whenever the PM needs an apartment cleaned. Sometimes, there are no apartments available, and at other times, there are 3 or more. There is no set schedule. Typically, there are more apartments in the summer months.

The apartments are empty and need to be cleaned for the next tenant. The PM is very detailed; you are responsible for all retouches.

Pay is per apartment and is based on the size: studio, one bedroom, two bedrooms, etc. Scheduling is semi-flexible. Cleaning products and equipment will be provided.

We are seeking someone (WHO LIVES in the Ross Township area) to help clean buildings.

Responsibilities:

Detail cleaning of buildings
An extra detail to streak-free windows
Vacuum hallways, elevators, laundry rooms, stairwells, glass doors
Disinfect small bathrooms
Empty trash from the main trash area to outside dumpsters
Maintain working conditions of cleaning equipment
other duties as assigned.
​Qualifications:

Previous experience in cleaning, or other related fields
Familiarity with cleaning materials and equipment
Strong attention to detail
Strong work ethic
must have reliable transportation
Must have a working cell phone at all times
NO under the table

Monday thru Friday, 18 hours per week. various locations.
Pay $18 hr

Cannot be allergic to latex or have any respiratory conditions.
