A client recently asked if there was a payment method available that doesn't include processing fees or transaction fees.

The answer is YES! 🙌

As LeeLee's Cleaning & Organizing Services transitions to using Goldie as our primary invoicing and payment system, we understand that some clients prefer to avoid card processing fees.

💜 Zelle is now our preferred fee-free electronic payment option.

💳 ELECTRONIC PAYMENT NOTICE

All electronic payments are subject to a 3.5% processing fee plus a $0.30 transaction fee.

✨ PAYMENT UPDATE FOR RESIDENTIAL CLIENTS ✨

As LeeLee's Cleaning & Organizing Services continues to grow, we're working on making payments easier, faster, and more secure for everyone.

📅 Beginning July 1, 2026, all residential clients will be asked to submit payments through our Goldie booking system.

Goldie allows you to: ✔️ Pay securely online ✔️ Receive invoices and payment reminders ✔️ Keep payment records in one place ✔️ Use available payment options directly through the system

This change helps streamline scheduling, invoicing, bookkeeping, and client records so we can continue providing the best service possible.

💜 Current Payment Policy: • Weekly clients are invoiced on Sunday and payment is due by Friday. • One-time, biweekly, and monthly services are due upon completion or within 24 hours. • Online card payments are subject to a 3.5% processing fee plus a $0.30 transaction fee charged by the payment processor. • Late fees remain subject to company policy.

We understand changes can take time, so throughout June we'll be helping clients transition to the new payment process before it becomes standard in July.
