Customer called due to sink draining into shower downstairs. Found access cleanout to shower that was supposedly abandoned. To find out customers husband is a contractor and remodeled downstairs and abandoned the line thinking it was useless. One drain I couldn’t get open due to being capped off and cemented. Husband said they will excavate and reattach line. Some jobs just don’t go as planned.
