Entry level tradesperson WANTED one day/week to do home maintenance work at my beach house on North Topsail Island

$15/hr if you have 3+ years home maintenance experience

Most tasks can be done by a smart person who is really good at following instructions.

- vacuuming pool & hot tub
- changing AC filters
- using leaf blower/weed eater
- changing light-bulbs
- lubricating wheels on sliding doors
- resetting wifi router
- pairing roku to TV
- restarting pool pump
- snaking hair out of shower drains
- taking photos/videos showing damage & repairs
- caulking/touch up painting
- cleaning BBQ grills
All tools provided at the house.

Help wanted this weekend or next week cleaning some junk out of my dad's house.

Ideally this weekend but could also be next week. $15/hr paid same day.

He's got a bunch of boxes/containers, old newspapers, etc that need to be tossed.

Nothing gross or smelly. Just junk. We'll have a dumpster in the driveway so you'd just fill up a rolling garbage can with junk and wheel it out to the dumpster and repeat.

$15/hr, paid same day (paid direct, not payroll)

In the fall/spring we also have 1-2x cleans per week on random days in addition to every Saturday in the summer

Junior HANDYMAN WANTED casually part time (about one day per week) who lives near NORTH TOPSAIL BEACH.

PAYMENT: $15/hr.

This is a casual job doing maintenance tasks at my beach house about once per week.

* any particular skills or experience (none specifically required but the more the better)

Example tasks: - caulking - touch up paint - changing light bulbs - blowing sand of the deck with a leaf blower - fixing door handles

- basic plumbing - spraying for bugs - swapping out propane bottles - vacuuming/sweeping - picking up trash - testing circuit breakers - connecting a water line to a fridge - basic patching of plasterboard - Fixing running toilets - replacing old deck boards - snaking bathtub drains - building a picnic table and basic carpentry - maybe some drywall if you're capable - various other maintenance tasks depending on your abilities

Ideally we want someone who lives within a 30 minute drive, but if you're extremely experienced, it doesn't matter how far away you live.

The days are always different and the start time is usually 9 or 10am for 4-6 hours per day.
