GENERAL HOUSECLEANING INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING~
ALL ROOMS: Swifter all corners of ceiling, fans, a quick run over of wall decorations and light fixtures. Swifter under furniture on hardwood/ tile floors. Dust all furniture. Clean mirrors. Sweep, vacuum, wash all flooring, go over all baseboards with mop.

KITCHEN: Wipe down fronts of all appliances, cupboards, counters, scour sink.

BATHROOMS: Clean sinks, tubs, shower walls, shower doors, toilets, and mirrors.

DEEP CLEANING INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:
All of the above, plus all woodwork and molding. Walls as high as our stools will allow us to reach. We will pull out any easy to move furniture and clean underneath. (EG: end tables, easy to move chairs...etc. Inside windows and sills. (**see note) Wipe down Knick knacks. Easy to remove light fixture.

NOTES:
**Typically, we only do windows on deep cleans, however, if we see little fingerprints, or pet smudges, we will clean them.

** We do NOT do laundry, make beds, or do dishes. If there are a couple of glasses in the sink, we do not mind taking care of that.

**We are happy to clean the inside of the microwave if asked, and we can also clean other items if time allows.

** There is a $25 up charge for cleaning the inside of the refrigerator.

** All of the above can be tweaked to fit your needs, feel free to discuss it with me.

**It it is to your benefit to have as much clutter picked up as possible. Doing so will help to decrease your costs and allow us to work to the best of our ability. It is difficult when there are a lot of things lying around, because we have no clue what to do with them.

CLEANING SUPPLIES~
I supply all the cleaning products; other than any specialty cleaners you may require. For example, quartz countertop cleaner. I also ask that you supply a working vacuum.

Do you find that your shower head is not working as it once did?
Showerheads are often overlooked when cleaning. Because of this negligence, residues and gunk build themselves inside reducing the stream and lowering water pressure.

You can tackle the issue by making a solution of 1 cup vinegar and 2 tablespoons of baking soda. Combine these two ingredients in a plastic bag. Place the bag over your showerhead using a twist tie to attach it to the shower head. Let it soak for 1/2 hour. Remove and run the shower on warm water for 2 minutes.

When it’s time to clean, have your trusty green cleaners at the ready -- baking soda, vinegar -- plus another ultra-cheap gem: hydrogen peroxide. You can use it anywhere, and can’t beat the price: A 16-oz. bottle only costs a buck or so.

Here are a few ways you can use that ubiquitous brown bottle of 3% hydrogen peroxide to your home’s advantage:

In Your Kitchen
1. Clean your cutting board and countertop. Hydrogen peroxide bubbles away any nasties left after preparing meat or fish for dinner. Add hydrogen peroxide to an opaque spray bottle -- exposure to light kills its effectiveness -- and spray on your surfaces. Let everything bubble for a few minutes, then scrub and rinse clean.

2. Wipe out your refrigerator and dishwasher. Because it’s non-toxic, hydrogen peroxide is great for cleaning places that store food and dishes. Just spray the appliance outside and in, let the solution sit for a few minutes, then wipe clean.

3. Clean your sponges. Soak them for 10 minutes in a 50/50 mixture of hydrogen peroxide and warm water in a shallow dish. Rinse the sponges thoroughly afterward.

4. Remove baked-on crud from pots and pans. Combine hydrogen peroxide with enough baking soda to make a paste, then rub onto the dirty pan and let it sit for a while. Come back later with a scrubby sponge and some warm water, and the baked-on stains will lift right off.
