Brand new car, perfect all around? Think again.
βWe just had this new ride come into the shop for window tint and an 8 year ceramic coating. Even though the owner barely had it for a month, the paint was already struggling.
βWe found iron deposits all over the surface. There were yellow stains already sinking into the clear coat, plus little craters where bug guts and tree sap had started to eat into the paint.
βWhy does this happen on a new car?
βCar prices keep going up, but manufacturers are looking for ways to save money. Sometimes that means the finish on the paint is not as tough as it used to be. Do not wait until your paint is damaged to protect it. Get it done while it is still fresh.
Lastly really really inspect those new cars before finalizing your paperwork!
