We are seeking a motivated Boat Detailer Helper to assist with cleaning, detailing, and maintaining boats to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and presentation. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the marine detailing industry while developing valuable skills in cleaning, detailing, and customer service. The role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and take pride in delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities:
Assisting with washing boats/cars/RV/Trailers
Perform general exterior cleaning tasks such as polishing and cleaning metals, and cleaning seats/vinyl.
Applying finishing coats of wax on all exterior waxable surfaces
Perform general interior cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, wiping down interiors, and cleaning windows
Support with custodial duties to maintain cleanliness of work areas, work vehicles, and storage spaces

Experience:
Prior car or detailing experience is beneficial but not required; training will be provided
Janitorial or custodial experience can be advantageous for understanding cleaning procedures
Experience with buffing, polishing, or ceramic coating is a plus but not mandatory
Valid driver’s license required

We are hiring for a detailer helper. Looking for someone who has an eye for detail, preferably someone who has detailing or cleaning experience. This position would entail assisting with washing boats/cars/RV/Trailers, polishing and cleaning metals, cleaning seats/vinyl, interior cleaning, and waxing. Possibility to advance to full detailer with training and eagerness to work. Must have a valid drivers license and transportation to our shop. We are a mobile company, but use company vehicles to get to each job. Our shop is located in North Port. Pay is discussed based on experience.
