This experience has been a poignant reminder of the importance of empathy, kindness, and compassion. The distressing reality of elderly neglect and abuse has been a painful experience, but it has also taught me the value of resilience and the importance of cherishing every moment with loved ones. As my mom embarks on her journey to recovery, soon to be transferred from Northside hospital in Cherokee County, Ga, to a rehabilitation center in Venice fl, I am filled with hope and determination. Thank you for choosing Graceful Hearts Cleaning Company. Please note that Kayla is currently unavailable as she is expected to give birth on November 5. However, we have a team of skilled cleaning professionals who will be working together to ensure that your home is cleaned to your satisfaction. Due to the team approach, please be aware that if your home requires two hours to clean, you will be billed for four hours of work. If you prefer single person cleaning please let me know so I can schedule accordingly. Thank you

I just want to put a message out while I’m able to. To my grand palm family we tried to get out to you this morning unfortunately both ways on river road are closed still at this moment and 41 is a complete madhouse it would take us hours to get to you. We will have to put off any cleaning for probably another few days. This breaks my hearts and I do apologize to any of you this may effect. Thank you though for all your love and support you haven given to Graceful Hearts Cleaning. We truly miss each of you and will see you all very soon we promise.
