Currently accepting applications for 3 Seasonal W**d Sprayers for our summer season (April-September) 2025 season. Applications close April 1 2025.
The Lincoln County W**d Control is responsible for monitoring and overseeing the control of noxious w**ds within Lincoln County and enforces the Noxious W**d Control Act.
Seasonal W**d Sprayer
Do you like working outside? Independently? As a team?
o Our sprayers load/wash sprayer trucks and go out to job site to spray said noxious w**ds
o You will be working in a team environment as well as independently.
Do you have a valid driver’s license?
Do you like working with the public?
o Must be courteous and can work tactfully and politely with the public.
Do you like protecting the environment?
o You will be spraying noxious w**ds, occasionally chopping down invasive plants, so you’ll need to be able to perform the physical aspects of this position.
Are you right for this position?
o An agriculture background is a plus but not required for this position.
o This is a seasonal position and NOT eligible for benefits
o Training is provided for all employees.
A pesticide license can be obtained within 90 days from first application. Once obtained, a pay raise is given. Also a possibility of a full time position.
Lincoln County is an Equal Opportunity Employer offering a wage of ($16.00-$21.00/Hr) up to 40 hours week. Flexible schedules are possible, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Monday –Friday.
