I wanted to take a moment to share something that’s been on my mind.
Yesterday, I received a message from a client choosing to discontinue my cleaning services without much explanation and when I asked questions to see what was wrong. While I respect everyone’s right to make decisions that work best for them, I also believe in clear, honest, and respectful communication—especially when questions are asked and left unanswered. When there’s unclear answers or left unanswered, please be fair to others.
Everyone deserves the chance to grow and improve. If others are given second chances, I believe we all should be, especially when there is a genuine willingness to do better. Kindness and open communication go a long way, and I encourage that in every interaction.
To my current and future clients: Please know that I take my business seriously. I work hard—7 days a week—putting my heart and energy into every job. And when I do get a rare day off, I cherish it.
