North Myrtle Beach Airbnb & VRBO Owners:

I’ve been following the discussions regarding possible changes to North Myrtle Beach’s short-term rental ordinance. While no final decisions have been made, some proposals could require out-of-area owners to have a local contact or responsible representative available.

I have worked with vacation rental properties for years. I have recently completed my Property Manager coursework and am working toward expanding the services I can offer property owners.

At this time, I am not offering full-service property management. However, I can provide local support services such as property checks, vendor coordination, emergency response assistance, guest support, assisting with hosting and provide cleaning services.

For owners who want to continue managing their own Airbnb or VRBO, handling their own bookings, and staying in control of their property, but may need a dependable local contact, I may be a great fit. You keep control of your rental, and I can be your anchor.

If future ordinance changes create a need for a local representative, I’d be happy to discuss how I may be able to help.
