This is not a Tesla.

Your truckmount still needs maintenance — motor oil, blower oil, water pump oil, clean filters, and daily shutdown care.

If your machine can’t breathe, performance suffers. Keep your air filters and machine filters cleaned regularly.

At the end of the day, don’t skip shutdown maintenance: empty the waste tank and clean the filters.

Three habits that can help extend the life of your machine:

1. Change the oil on schedule

Leaking wand valve?

Acid rinse vs plain water rinse.

Clogged wand jet?

One clogged jet can throw off your spray pattern and slow down the job.

One way to help prevent debris from reaching the jets is to install a filter assembly near the quick connect — filter body, filter, and filter adapter — so the water gets filtered before it runs down to the wand jets.

If a jet, filter, fitting, or adapter is damaged, leaking, or badly worn, replace it.
