Another homeowner nearly had a racc**n come thru their ceiling..
Drywall was saturated with racc**n urine..making it weak enough to scratch thru pretty quickly. Was able to remove the four cubs and mom c**n.
Now this homeowner has aluminum sofit repair..replacement of insulation and ceiling patch yet to be done..

Ground level work is easy..Bird work..not so much.. Sparrows pecked holes thru this cedar sidingThis homeowner experienc...

This homeowner experienced "odor" when the chicks died in the wall..
Removal of bird nest..replace insulation..and repair hole.
