Stoneham, MA

Customers main sewer line backed up and destroyed her finished basement 😢

Thankfully we were able to utilize our video inspection equipment and diagnose the main sewer line issue 🎥

Camera showed large amount of lose scale sitting on the bottom of the pipe and hardend scale on the inner wall of the 4” cast iron main. Allowing toilet paper and waste to catch onto it, then resulting in an obstruction.

We came up with a game plan to locate the main drain in the garage. We then dug, exposed, and cut out a section of the drain in order to hydro jet the line and pull all the scale out of the line. Reinstalled section that was cut out and back filled the area that was dug.

Now the customer will have some piece of mind when using her plumbing system!

Commercial food space with back to back toilets backing up and the plumbing is under a concrete slab with no cleanouts 😭😭😭

Hydro jetted and video inspected back to back toilets to the main truck of the building, obstruction was a bunch of grease build up along with toilet paper and waste 🤢🤮

Established flow to the system and customers space was back up and operating in no time!

Diagnosis: Main sewer lateral blockage

This was a tough one to clear! However a little bit of time using Mongoose Jetters hydro jetter and RIDGID Tools video inspection equipment, we were able to cut/dislodge/flush out all the root intrusion from the lateral line.

Flow was fully restored to the system!
