Today, we received a call from a customer in need of equipment replacements. They called upon our services to remove oil, furnace and an old condenser which we promptly replaced with a Bosch 5-ton heat pump and a Bosch air handler of the same capacity. To optimize cooling and heating distribution, we installed a new zone damper with a state-of-the-art three-zone board. To complete the job, we added an auxiliary heat system of 10 kW. All of the installations involved top-notch Bosch and Honeywell equipment to ensure the best quality and longevity. Checked in after a client reported a flooded basement. Identified the issue was a leaking hot water tank. We replaced it with a 40 gallon Rheem gas hot water tank. Cheers to hot showers once more!
