What to expect: Professional technician to arrive at your home on time, move light furniture if needed (anything less than 45 lbs), and to use protective plastic underneath your furniture to safeguard against wet carpet. If you have a house with: 2 adult non-smokers: your carpet needs cleaned every 6-12 months, 2 adult smokers: every 4 months, if you have children or pets: every 6 months and if you have children AND pets: every 3 months.
