Just had a 3 year anniversary lunch with my man Greg Leavell! This dude is a light in the world! Love ya Greg!
This week is the start of our employee spotlight and to kick us off we sat down and spoke with Greg, pictured here with his workout partner Sherri! We got to speak about some important topics regarding leadership and positivity at work. Getting to hear his wisdom after several years of excellent work is inspiring. We know you will enjoy getting to know Greg!
Greg started with Alliance about four years ago as a cleaner. With his dedication to exceptional work, he has become a manager for our Oklahoma City division. In this position, he loves that he gets to both grow in his leadership ability and be a frontline worker. When he came into this position Greg learned a lot about leadership. His biggest takeaway is that being uncomfortable in your leadership ability is important because it gives you an opportunity to grow and overcome challenges with greater wisdom.
Throughout his years at Alliance, Greg has remained enthusiastic about his job and his attitude is infectious. When asked about how he stays positive he gave three reasons, “Honor God with the work you do, practice the art of cleaning, and know that cleaning makes a difference.” We love Greg around here and are so impressed with his work ethic. When he goes on building inspections, he makes sure to keep a cleaning kit in his car so if anything is out of place in a building, he can fix it right away! We couldn’t ask for a more dedicated professional.
