🚨 Project Update! 🚨

A few days ago, we shared a flooded crawlspace with nearly 17 inches of standing water.

Here’s the outcome…

✅ A brand-new sump pump system is installed.
✅ Over 16,000 gallons of water have been pumped out.
✅ Another home is protected from future flooding.

To put that into perspective, that’s roughly the equivalent of 320 fifty-gallon water heaters worth of water sitting beneath this home.

This is exactly why we encourage homeowners to have their sump pumps inspected before the next heavy rain—not after your crawlspace or basement is already underwater.

🚨 HOW MUCH WATER IS THIS? 🚨

This crawlspace had roughly 17 inches of standing water.

We did the math.

💧 Nearly 16,000 gallons of water.

That’s the equivalent of dumping about 320 fifty-gallon water heaters underneath this home.

When we arrived, we made the call to replace the sump pump and immediately put TWO pumps to work moving water out of the crawlspace. Now the long process of reclaiming this space begins.

Most homeowners never see what’s happening beneath their floors until it’s too late.

A failing sump pump doesn’t send a warning text.
A dead battery backup doesn’t announce itself.
And water never waits for a convenient time.

The homeowner had no idea there was a problem until water had already taken over the entire crawlspace. By that point, the damage was done.
