Busy Pest Control & Home Inspection company looking for a qualified administrative assistant to help with daily office duties. Position is full time, 40 hours per week, Monday through friday 9:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. Compensation is competitive, and will be discussed during time of interview.

Responsibilities and Duties

Schedule appointments using our CRM software & multi-line phone system.
Process payments and assist in managing Quickbooks account.
Assist in weekly payroll processing.
Maintain CRM database.
Assist in processing paperwork/ reports relative to our industry.
Serve as a helpful point-of-contact for the company.
Qualifications and Skills

Qualified candidate MUST have:

Google Calendar/ scheduling experience.
Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
1 year in an active office environment.
Multi-line phone and fax machine experience.
