As our business continues to grow (thank you all so much! 🫶), we wanted to share an important update regarding scheduling.

Moving forward, we will no longer be able to accommodate specific cleaning times on your scheduled cleaning day. We will absolutely continue to honor and accommodate your assigned cleaning day, but we can no longer guarantee exact arrival time frames.

Each home is unique, and our top priority is providing the quality and attention to detail that you expect from us. Some homes simply require more time than others, and we never want to rush through a job just to stay on a strict schedule.

Our team will always stay until the job is completed properly, which means our arrival times may vary throughout the day.

We truly appreciate your understanding, flexibility, and continued support as we’ve grown. Your trust in our team means everything to us, and this change will help us continue providing the thorough, high-quality service that Clean Haven is known for. 🩵
