Great review from Susan... "Thomas did an excellent job in cleaning my carpets. They were pretty soiled due to pets and construction in my neighborhood over the last 9 months. Thomas was able to remove all the stains and dirt. The carpets look amazing! I’m really pleased with how they came out. Thomas was diligent in sending several reminders before my appointment and making sure I had instructions to prepare for the visit. This allowed the cleaning procedure to go smoothly and quickly. Derrick was a great technician. He was friendly, explained what he was doing to do, and was very thorough. I highly recommend Thomas Carpet & Oriental Rug Cleaners!"
