A quick update regarding our water testing services:
Beginning immediately, water testing will be FREE with any in-store purchase. For customers who do not make a purchase, water testing will still be available for a $5 fee to cover the cost of testing materials, equipment, software, and staff time.
We love helping our customers keep their pools and spas in great shape, but many people don't realize that each test costs us money, as in over $5 each time. Unfortunately, we've seen an increase in people using our testing services and then purchasing their chemicals elsewhere.
As a locally owned, family-operated business, every dollar matters. We are always happy to help diagnose water issues and point customers in the right direction, but we simply can't continue absorbing those costs while chemicals and supplies are being purchased elsewhere. Our customers supporting a local business helps us continue offering the personalized service, expert advice, and one-on-one help that our customers have come to expect that big box stores can't offer. If you choose to shop elsewhere, we completely respect that decision. We simply ask for the same respect in return by understanding why we've made this change.
