A Cleaning Technician II or Service Supervisor is responsible for keeping offices, homes or other public areas neat and organized.
Their main duties include assignment of team members duties, inspection of work, sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors, dusting countertops, ceilings, fans and furniture and sanitizing bathrooms, kitchens or other public areas. To include janitorial services and ambassador to client relations.
Leadership position with supervisory responsibilities, oversight on cleaning team and quality control.
Organization task, making beds or cleaning and staging short term rental properties such as AirBNB or vacations rentals.
Cleans restrooms, including restocking dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tile floors, and cleaning toilets and urinals. Vacuums, empties trash, and replaces liners.
We service residential, commercial and offices.
