Update to Our Cancellation and Rescheduling
Policy at Southern Gal’s Cleaning services.
Dear Client's,
Thank you for choosing Southern Gal’s
Cleaning Services for your cleaning needs. We value your business and strive to provide excellent service to all our clients.
To ensure operational efficiency and fairness to our cleaning teams, we have updated our cancellation and rescheduling policy. When an appointment is canceled without sufficient notice, we lose the opportunity to book another client, directly impacting our small business and staff's income.
Starting January 5,2026 the following policy will be in place.
Notice Requirement: We require a minimum of 72 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a scheduled cleaning service without penalty.
Late Cancellations/day of cancellations: Cancellations made with less than the required notice will incur a fee of $50.
Inability to Access Property: If our team arrives at your location and cannot gain access to the property, you will be charged half of the total service fee, likely the full amount in some cases depending on drive time to your location.
How to Cancel: All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be communicated via phone call or text.
Exceptions: We understand that emergencies happen. If you have an unavoidable emergency, please contact us directly to discuss potential exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
