It’s required that you respond to my pre-call or text when I’m headed to your appointment if you’re over an hour away if you don’t respond with 15 minutes I go back home if you have an early morning appointment once you respond after your actual appointment time you technically have missed your appointmentand I’m not required to refund any money. I can be nice enough to reschedule but at that point if I don’t make the reschedule appointment, that’s really not my fault you missed your appointment. No one will badger me about a refund and they missed their first appointment.

I will be staffing MY BIGGEST project December / January. It is a post construction cleaning and will take about 30 days or more . Completion depends on how the team works. I NEED 5- 7 people daily. It is an APARTMENT COMPLEX. Must have own transportation. I’m sorry I will not staff anyone that has to depend on a ride.

I WILL NOT LOSE ANY PART OF THIS CONTRACT DUE TO LAZY WORK OR BROKEN promises.

I will not be responsible for transporting anyone to and from project.

I will be conducting interviews October / November
